Return & Exchange Policy
At Asili's Infusions, we strive to provide high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below.
Personalized Clothing & Custom Apparel
Because each personalized garment is custom-made specifically for you, all personalized clothing sales are considered final once production has begun.
Eligible Returns or Replacements
We will gladly replace or refund a personalized clothing item if:
- You received the wrong item.
- You received the wrong size due to our error.
- The personalization does not match the information submitted with your order.
- Your item arrives damaged or defective.
- Your item has a manufacturing defect.
- We produced the incorrect design, color, or style.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To process your request, we may ask for photographs of the item and its original packaging.
Personalized Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
- The incorrect size was selected when placing the order.
- Incorrect personalization information was entered by the customer.
- You changed your mind after placing your order.
- There are slight color differences caused by monitor or device screen settings.
- There are normal variations associated with handcrafted or made-to-order products.
- The item has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Please carefully review all personalization details and sizing information before completing your purchase.
Size Exchanges
Since personalized garments are custom-made, we are unable to offer exchanges for customer-selected sizing errors.
Please refer to our sizing charts before placing your order.
Makeup Products
For health and hygiene reasons, makeup products may only be returned under the conditions listed below.
Eligible Returns
Unused and unopened makeup products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
- The product remains unopened and unused.
- Any safety seal is intact.
- You received the wrong shade or color.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product arrived leaking.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Whenever possible, returned items should include their original packaging.
Color Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong shade but the product remains unopened, unused, and in resalable condition, we are happy to exchange it for another available shade within 30 days of delivery.
Unless the error was ours, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Wrong Product Received
If we mistakenly shipped the wrong product, we will:
- Send the correct item at no additional cost.
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label where applicable.
- Issue a full refund if the correct item is unavailable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photos of the shipping box if it was damaged
After review, we will provide either a replacement or a refund.
Makeup Products Not Eligible for Return
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used makeup products
- Products missing original packaging when applicable
- Products damaged through misuse or improper storage
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
- Clearance or Final Sale items unless they are defective
Return Process
To begin a return:
- Contact our Customer Care Team with your order number.
- Explain the reason for your return.
- Include photographs if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Wait for return authorization before shipping your item.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
Eligible exchanges will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
Final Sale Items
Unless they arrive damaged or incorrect, the following items are considered final sale:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
- Final Sale merchandise
- Limited Edition products marked as Final Sale
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
Once production has started on personalized items, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
Shipping Address Errors
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned because an incorrect address was provided, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist you in filing a carrier claim whenever possible.
